What’s Covered.
Free Item Polishing
Manufacturing faults (e.g., loose stones, clasp or setting issues). Repairs or replacements for defects caused during craftsmanship.
Warranty applies exclusively to products purchased through Abboud Designs’ official website or flagship channels.
Our warranty does not cover:
-Damage caused by improper use, storage, or accidents.
-Scratches, bent rings, or broken chains from regular wear and tear.
-Lost or stolen items.
-Products purchased through unauthorized third-party vendors.
-Items altered or repaired by third parties outside Abboud Designs.
Repairs Outside Warranty
If your jewelry requires service beyond the 1-year coverage, our quality experts will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis. Some repairs may be offered at a cost, depending on the condition and availability of materials.
Please note: Certain discontinued designs may not be eligible for repair if original stones or materials are no longer available.
Process & Timeline :
Kindly allow up to 14 business days after inspection for repairs to be completed and your piece to be returned.
